Head chef Klemens & team carefully create seasonal, fine cuisine using regional ingredients, served beautifully and prepared with love.

• From Wednesday to Saturday, tables are available from 06.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
• We kindly ask you to reserve your table in advance
• Dogs are allowed in the restaurant on request

Bath Robes
Fluffy bathrobes and a wellness bag with wellness towels and slippers for your visit to our GREEN-SPA are waiting for you in your room.

Pillows
Our housekeepers will be happy to provide you with additional pillows.

GREEN SPA
The GREEN SPA (sauna area) is a nude-only area. We kindly ask you to comply with this requirement (please mute your mobile phones, laptops or tablets). Out of consideration for resting guests, we ask for your understanding that children are not allowed to enter the sauna area.

Night Quiet
Out of consideration to all our guests, we kindly request that you reduce the volume of your radio, TV and conversations to an acceptable level between 10.00 p.m. and 07.00 a.m.. Please make no noise at all in the hotel corridors and hallways at night – thank you!

Babysitter
We will be happy to organise a babysitter if you would like to enjoy some time as a twosome.

Discounts
Children’s discounts when sharing parent’s room (2 full paying adults)

• 0-2 years: € 25,00 per day (cot and kettle included)
• 3-6 years: 50% discount on the daily rate
• 7-12 years: 30% discount on the daily rate
• From 13 years: 10% discount on the daily rate

Payment

• To make a firm booking we require a deposit payment of 25% of the total booking amount. This can be made via bank transfer or by providing us with your credit card number with valid expiry date.
• For payment of the room bill, we accept debit cards, Mastercard and Visa.

Payment for early departure

• Our reception is open daily from 7.30 a.m. to 9.00 p.m..
• Should you check out earlier on the day of departure, please settle your bill the day before.

Cancellations are only valid when made in writing!

SUMMER:

• Up to 15 days before your intended arrival date, cancellation is free
• 14 to 8 days prior to intended arrival date: 70% cancellation fee 
• 7 to 1 days prior to intended arrival date: 90% cancellation fee
• In the case of no-shows or early departures: 90% cancellation fee

WINTER:

• Up to 61 days before your intended arrival date, cancellation is free
• 60 to 31 days prior to intended arrival, we will convert the 25% deposit into a voucher that can be redeemed within one year
• 30 to 8 days prior to intended arrival date: 70% cancellation fee 
• 7 to 1 days prior to intended arrival date: 90% cancellation fee
• In the case of no-shows or early departures: 90% cancellation fee

The cancellation fee is calculated from the total amount of the invoice, minus local tourist registration tax. Unused services will not be refunded. We recommend that you take out TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE, because it’s nice to know you are covered!
